We brew Japanese Sake from natural underflow water and highly selected rice. We especially attach our mind to making Koji which is the most important basis of Sake brewing. We have a deep conviction that our products have synergistic effects with not only local foods but also cuisines from all over the world, especially the ones focused on ingredients’ flavorful and nutritious taste.
